THE best moving experience I have had in my 30 plus years renting. Amazing staff and the maintenance team is awesome as well. They go over and above to make sure everything is taken care of with regards to the lease docs, helping with all aspects. I highly recommend Reveal.

WORST EVER!! Communication in office is horrible , leasing consults always give different information than what the manager has. Was behind on ONE month rent( in the same month) and they give you every reason to send you to collections. THE OFFICE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THE 9 months IVE BEEN STAYING HERE. WHEN THE PROPERTY MANAGER KEVIN TOLD ME TO CALL THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO, and now they are DEMANDING I come to the office now that they are open when I’ve been paying my rent ...
online on in store every month. BEWARE IF you ever have issues they cannot help. If you called the number on the notice, it does not help, the leasing specialist told me they don’t have a phone and she had to email them. This could have been taken care of sooner had I had the right information from the office but here we are.

Reveal Playa Vista is one of the best buildings I've ever lived in. It was recently renovated and the amenities are plentiful -- pool, gym, co-working space, rooftop, free coffee, and more. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and act with urgency. I enjoy being adjacent to the park and the walkability of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Reveal for anyone thinking of living in Playa Vista!

Cosmetically Nice - Renting is Terrible Due to Management

Have been here for several years and sadly it’s been downhill over the past 12 months or so. The previous management was great but the new management is, for lack of a better word, unqualified. They take weeks to respond to maintenance requests and rarely fix the actual problem. To go a step further, a certain someone dresses unprofessionally for the position that they are in and they seem to care more about their appearance than the well-being of the tenants.
Just moved out and couldn’t be happier that we made that decision. If you are thinking about looking at this place and living here, just know you’ll be paying a premium for something basic - if you do plan on taking a tour you'll realize how terrible it is and if you do meet the entire staff, it'll just confirm what this review is saying. Renter beware.
