        Unacceptable customer service. I have been a resident with a Greystar community for over six years. I am moving from Dallas to Houston and wanted to stick with Greystar, big mistake. Gerald and Alexis— the new manager were very hard to get a hold of and not accommodative. I provided bank statements, alimony, disability, a divorce decree with my divorce settlement that covered over two years rent of the apartment, and tax returns, but it was just one thing after another. I have great credit, no broken leases, etc and still got treated second hand. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They were so rude and not welcoming to a new resident. Simply unacceptable. Will never consider another Greystar community ever again. My current Greystar community approved me in a day— this process with Reverie has been almost a month. Not a very warm welcoming. I decided to take my business elsewhere to a better community that will actually value their residence. Very disappointed.

        Failed pool inspection so pool is closed for an indeterminate amount of time. Not ideal for Houston summer. Exterior doors are unsecured/broken frequently. Neighbors don't understand how to use trash chutes or pick up after pets.

        My husband, young daughter, and I had a great year at Reverie. We are only leaving as we are buying a home, but thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that this building has to offer - the gym and rooftop terrace are especially nice! The pet spa and bike storage room (with hanging storage!) are also features that I haven't seen in all apartments in other cities. Finally, being a short walk away from Uptown Park was a treat - we went there often!

        Hello, I have received your review and unfortunately, you have been misinformed. We had 3 car break-ins last week, we sent a letter out to each one of our residents as soon as we were made aware of the activity. It is very unfortunate to have any activity like this and as an added measure to prevent it, we hired a patrol company to monitor and walk the garage during the evening and early morning hours. It is important to communicate any activity to our neighbors when it may occur, so they can be aware and make sure not to leave any desirable items in their vehicles at any time.
