So far we are very satisfied with the unit itself (a spacious 859 sf 1-bedroom), it's quiet location within the building, and help received from staff when needed. A small appliance issue is that the light on the washing machine control board doesn't work making it difficult to view settings however we are still managing to get the machine to work. Perhaps it was overlooked in a final inspection prior to our move-in? In any ...case, we are quite happy with our decision to locate in a modern facility very close to Hamilton Park.Read More

Elevator and refuse disposal room are conveniently located and the extra-large washer/dryers on the 6th floor have come in handy on a couple of occasions while the in-unit appliances satisfy typically daily or weekly needs. 'Will' is a great asset at the reception desk - friendly as well as very helpful! 'Julia' was also helpful throughout the leasing process. Maintenance staff are equally friendly and work ...to keep the property in good shape. The bldg is well-located near Hamilton Park, library, restaurants, daycare facilities, food and other shops, and services.
