March 31, 2026I’ve lived at Revival on Platte for a few weeks, and so far it’s been a wonderful experience. I haven’t had any issues with my unit, and everything has been comfortable. The amenities are a big plus—super convenient and enjoyable to use. I want to highlight the leasing team—they’ve been amazing. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I toured the property through move-in. They are the best in Denver. Access to transportation is great. If I had to point out one challenge, ...there is no guest parking on site, which can be a bit tricky at times. It’s manageable, but something to be aware of if you have visitors often. February 21, 2026I’ve loved living at Revival, the staff, Karen, Demetri, and Cynthia all make an effort to keep the residents comfortable, happy, and safe. Karen always has a joke and smile to share, and she helped plan such a fun Super Bowl party. Demetri follows up with any issues so quickly and effectively, and he’s always looking for ways to spoil the residents. Cynthia even set out some extra bubbles and glasses at the NYE party for my friends and I when we had to leave before the resident party! January 19, 2026I’m so pleased to live at Revival on Platte. I toured the property with Karen. She is extraordinary and delivered a wonderful tour. She’s very knowledgeable about the building. The application process was a breeze. The leasing team provided a thorough explanation of the entire process and answered my questions extremely quickly. Management makes me feel very taken care of alongside with wining and dining me and the residents during holiday parties and Sunday football games. Demetri and Karen are fantastic and I am so lucky to be in such good hands. It’s expensive, not going to lie, but so is every apartment in this area.
