November 7, 2025When moving to Colorado I wanted to find a place that had everything that I needed as far as amenities and a good overall feeling about the area and staff at the apartment. I thought that I had that at the former apartment that I moved to but when I say that Revival on Platte showed me what I was missing they showed me how much my last apartment was lacking. The staff is awesome. They are prompt they are attentive and they make you feel at home. The amenities are great and the apartments are ...clean and new along with all of the appliances. Revival on platte is definitely a hidden gem and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best and I don't see myself moving anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025this apartment is lovely. easy access to the trails, downtown, and the highway. killer location. staff is sooo sweet and helpful, theyre there 7 days a week! i can’t think of anything bad to say. it’s cleaned daily and everything is in working order. the security guards are there nightly and very friendly as well. love this community :)Property Manager Responded

Everything here is new and clean, from the buildings themselves to the shared spaces, which makes the community feel welcoming right away.
