AVOID at all costs!

The staff is unknowledgeable about anything going on The CVS and Giant seem convenient but they are a joke - not secure and not well stocked Parking garages and metro station are a hub for homeless people and don't feel safe Your mail + packages won't be safe Elevators go out frequently Communications are extremely lacking

Great apartment complex with friendly staff! Proximity to metro is in incredibly convenient. Apartments are modern and reasonably priced. The Alamo drafthouse cinema nearby is another great perk!

Goood staff with a very good location right next to the metro. Security and safety around the building can be a concern especially early morning or late at night. Car safety and security has been an issue for me.

Rhode Island Row is a super convenient NE DC location with close proximity to the Metro and Brentwood neighborhood amenities. The Alamo Drafthouse theater, Giant grocery store, and RI Row businesses like CVS, Chipotle, Truist Bank, the DC DMV, and Dunkin Donuts are with in steps of the apartment building.

I have lived at Rhode Island row since 2016. Over that time the maintenance team has been awesome. The front desk at 2350 has changed a few times but the people there are always wonderful. The building is close to the metro station so easy access to the rest of the city via the red line. The building has a pool with fire pit, a gym and a green garden roof with fire pit. I’m largely satisfied with my experience here. The quality for money is unmatched! There are just a few things that I would expect from a “luxury” apartment experience that I’m not getting and have outlined below. (1) Residents are constantly leaving trash bags on the floor or in the recycling bins instead of putting them down the chute. They also just leaving larger trash sitting by the door to the garage. Management doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it besides putting up signage and ...
cleaning up after them. (2) guest parks passes are never available. (3) the newer people at the front desk are great but some of the people who work the front desk and have been here a while can be incredibly rude and unbothered to help or even acknowledge residents sometimes when they need something. (4) the building does NOT smell great. Not even the stairwells or the lobby can be guaranteed to smell okay or even be clean (stairs specifically).

Ramfus is AMAZING! Pretty much the entire staff is amazing. They go the extra mile at move-in leaving snacks, sample-size soaps, and a roll of toilet paper--as well as granting us access to the garage to unload on multiple occasions. The leasing office staff are always ready and willing to help and ensure that residents enjoy their experience here. Also, the apartments are NICE. Though I've had to call maintenance on a few issues, they've always been quick to respond (within 48 hours) and solve ...
