We’re so glad we chose Rhythm Apartments to call home back in April 2023! Conveniently located within walking distance to everything we need. Secure garage parking was a must for us, along with in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, and gym access; Rhythm provides it all! We also love the game area and coffee station in the lobby and the on-site management office is a definite plus, too!

I have been at this apartment for a little over 3 years. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I had always wanted to live in downtown Milwaukee and experience what it’s like to be so close to all of the city fun and being at this location did not disappoint. Even with being so central to the city my apartment is still quiet and peaceful but when I am looking to go out and experience the city there are endless options just within a walking distance! If I hadn’t needed to relocate ...

I moved in a few months ago, and I must say that this is an amazing place to live! The in unit washer/dryer is my favorite amenity, and there is lots of storage space, even in a studio. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and other amenities include a gym, guest suite, community room, and a package room. I feel comfortable living here, and the property manager Meg is also super helpful. In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend Rhythm for anyone looking for a studio in downtown ...

It’s definitely worth a visit with one of the most friendly staff and proactive maintenance for an excellent well maintained property in mint condition. The heated floors, Murphy bed, modular storages and balcony are a charm.

It’s a great atmosphere and everything is to the T. Quick response on repairs or any issues. Very modern and everything is remodeled. Great 1st Apartment I had with no issues at all, loved the location and hospitality.

Responsive leasing office, amazing maintenance, and very safe place to live. Has a lot of incredible amenities and the leasing office tries very hard to get the community together through things like free breakfast and events.

Staff here is very helpful. Apartment has washer and dryer. Some of the nicest buildings downtown do not have this. Rent prices cannot get any better. Love the balcony this is another thing you will struggle to find downtown. Area has lot of new developments excited to live here for another year.

Such a great team, with quick resolution to any issues. The building is also clean and not too noisy. Perfect area to live if wanting to be downtown but not in the crazy busy areas.

I was looking for a short lease stay in Milwaukee as I was just passing by for 8 months due to a rotational program and I’m so glad I found this place. Rhythm was an extremely comfortable place for just myself, the gym, although a little bit small, had all the equipment I needed and very close to either supermarkets or bars. I was WFH and had barely any need to go out of my way to drive anywhere I needed. As for the staff, ALL are extremely attentive and responsive to any need that you might have ...
(and they were just few needs I might add). Overall, loved the stay and would highly recommend to anyone.
