For what we pay you would think they would actually fix things that need fixed. Only time they will fix something is if you tell them before you move in, after they start receiving your money they could care less about the tenants. The company they use for mowing do a horrible job. Water leaking out of the yards into the road at a few homes. The owner only cares about appearance and money but the Houses and driveways are dirty on the outside with mold on siding, decks are horrible and covered in ...
mold, garage doors barely work or at all. Neighbor down the street has been going back and forth with them because his garage door motor stopped and garage is caving in and doesnt work. The pictures they use are definitely not what 95% of the houses look like! Carpets are trash. They last about 2-3 years then all the padding is worn and carpets start pulling up with a vacuum. Was told they dont fix them unless you move out. Parking is ridiculous. A 3 bedroom with 2 adults and 2 kids that can drive and you only have room for 3 vehicles. They keep raising rent but yet won't fix the things people need fixed
