Best in the Area
April 14, 2023Me and my partner were looking to move into the valley, and after multiple complex tours and searches, we settled on Ridgegate and it was the best decision we made. The property is located in a super convenient spot by being next to a mall as well as big chain grocery stores like Costco and Misuwa. The landlord Lisa is super understanding and cares very much about every tenant and does her best to fix any problems addressed as quickly as possible. The neighbors around our apartment are very ...respectful as well. Our apartment is very spacious and the atmosphere feels like home. December 5, 2022I have been living at Ridgegate Apartments for almost 10 years now. It is the second place I have lived in since I moved to L.A. (and I lived 3 days in the first one). I love it. The staff is wonderful. They will do everything they can to solve any problem you could have. Lisa, the manager, is very attentive to the tenant’s needs and keeps the property clean and beautiful. Cosmin, the handyman from the maintenance team, is a very skilled “friendly giant”. The units in the property are spacious, ...quiet, and gorgeous. The property is quiet, tranquil, and safe. The Manager responds promptly to any concerns/issues. July 28, 2021Ridgegate 9150 Tampa is an awesome place to call home! I had many choices, but Ridgegate stood out with its location and convenience. I am across from Northridge Fashion Center lots of eateries, retail shops and Farmer's Market on Wednesday My apartment is amazing; quiet clean and peaceful! Living at Ridgegate Apartments
July 28, 2021The place is well managed, the maintenance is excellent. All requirements addressed right away with the help of a knowledgeable personal. Lisa, the Manager is very attentive to the needs of the tenants and very knowledgeable and respective. I live in the property for 6 years and enjoy my stay here. The water in the swimming pool is heated which you don't find everywhere, also the plants, trees and flowers are well maintained which gives you the feel that you are living at the resort premises. July 23, 2021Great place to live. Me and my daughters feel secure and safe in this great environment. Lisa is the BEST building manager. She makes sure that the building is always looking and working its best. Should we have an issue with our unit she handles it as quickly and smoothly as possible.
