Leasing Requirements: Legal Verifiable Income: Minimum two and a half (2.5 times the Monthly Rental Amount.) One-Bedroom Apartment Homes $1.950.00 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $4,800, Two-Bedroom Apartment Homes $2,350.00 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $5,5800.00. Rental History: Former Residential Reference for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. A favorable recommendation. If first time renter asks management for details. Credit History: A Credit Check will be done on each adult applicant; Favorable retail credit history is preferred. Factors taken into consideration include but are not limited to bill paying history, late payments, collection actions, Outstanding debt and account age.
