Leasing Requirements: Legal Verifiable Income: Minimum two and a half (2.5 times the Monthly Rental Amount.) One-Bedroom Apartment Homes $1.950.00 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $4,800, Two-Bedroom Apartment Homes $2,350.00 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $5,5800.00. Rental History: Former Residential Reference for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. A favorable recommendation. If first time renter asks management for details. Credit History: A Credit Check will be done on each adult applicant; Favorable retail credit history is preferred. Factors taken into consideration include but are not limited to bill paying history, late payments, collection actions, Outstanding debt and account age. If no credit history is established; other considerations will be taken.(Ask manager for details)Work History: Minimum 6 months with at the same job.
