Communication was the biggest issue during my experience with this property management company. Responses and maintenance concerns were often slow or nonexistent, making even routine issues more difficult than they needed to be. Any time I tried obtaining clarification regarding any situation, it was difficult. Transparency and communication seemed to be lacking throughout the process. First, I have to start with the fact I had a horrid experience in my last apartment. That location AND this location are now owned by the same new Management. Which I am extremely grateful for. While all apartments have rules they must abide by as well as the residents, I am very happy with this location. First, they have done and continue to do renovations. appreciate Michelle, Jay, and Dave very much. They listen to my concerns and do the right thing. I don't ask for ridiculous requests, but know my home is safe and in good working order. I am a very honest and transparent person so discussing anything of concern here is not sugar coated, but both are willing to hear me fully and take care of what is needed. You really can't ask for more. If approaching them with an open conversation and politeness as I expect in return, they are the same with me. I will state with my previous apartment that they bought out as well, and there were obvious issues and unsafe environment (not caused by me) they took care of me as they should have and I appreciate them for keeping my environment safe to live in.

I have been here over 2 years and am happy. As with any complex you live in there will be little issues here and there but I feel very safe and comfortable here at Ridgewood. Eugene the maintenance man is wonderful. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable. He is a one man operation for fixes and he does his absolute best to get requests done in a timely manner. I was by your Ridgewood Apts last week for a tour, I am thinking of moving soon. When you first look at Ridgewood it looks run down, but once inside you can see work is being done. I looked at the 2BD with the woman in the office who was very sociable and knowledgeable. She also gave great ideas for the apartment and pointed out the things it had to offer. She also explained that once good weather arrives they will be fixing the outside. I am definitely going to see if I can afford the rent once ...

I appreciate Ridgewood's policy on allowing pets (under 35 lbs). Also - kudos to the office manager who is knowledgeable, respectful, and timely in her responses to any requests/issues I have with my apartment.
