January 4, 2016Horrible place to live! Office manager is nice but upper management is awful and doesn't care about anything. You don't get anything along with the over priced apartment either, no workout facility, no pool, no garage or underground parking (you have to pay extra). Our electric bill is over $200 a month in the winter with hardly using the heat because the heater is a hotel style and is not energy efficient at all. And all the doors and windows leak air. You can feel a breeze by the balcony door. ...There are always couples screaming and fighting, drugs and needles found in the laundry room on multiple occasions, dirty panties in the stairs and vomit left in the hallway for 3 days. Stay Away of Ridgewood Trails
December 31, 2015I've been living at Ridgewood Trails for the past 6 months. And so far it's been beyond terrible. The property management considers themselves "being helpful" by entering your locked apartment with no notice to deliver your mail. You'll almost never get your guaranteed surface parking lots, because the parking is completely unregulated and people do what they want. Plan on having your car vandalized in the parking lot as well. You can hear every single move your upstairs neighbors make, so make ...sure you get an apartment on the top floor. And the beer can and beer bottle lawn decorations are superb. Have fun picking those up. Oh! And don't get me started on the black mold. I love a dark, dramatic, decor, but the black mold really puts the final touch on things. And if you bring any concerns to management expect them to find a way to pass the blame back onto you. They're superb at doing so. If you're considering renting here, don't. You'll regret it almost immediately.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 9, 2015Ridgewood Trails is tucked behind a beautiful scenery of trees right here in the city of Madison. Right as you leave you have businesses galore and the mall is located right behind us. The place is pet friendly with a dog park just down the road. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful setting yet looking to be around the city Ridgewood Trails is the place to be!Review from Apartments.com
