September 21, 2021Very poor. I would say please do not choose this apartment. Management isvery worst and the people who talk are very rude. No respect at all. I will not give one star also for this apartment. It's nearly 2weeks our bathroom right has not been fixed. When we asked about it they were very rude . One of the worst apartments in Santaclara with arrogant leasing staff
September 21, 2021The apartment leasing staff are arrogant and rude and they dont respond properly to your queries, nor the service is promptly responded. The apartment is pretty old and we had a slab leak for which the response was they didn't care. I am a current resident here and would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Huge move out cost, Low quality fittings, rude management..
October 13, 2020What pissed me off in writing this review - They charged me a move out bill for $2500. I had to pay to replace their counter top, bath tub resurfacing, replacement of the entire blinds and so on. Now that being the biggest negative comment, here is the pros and cons of living more than a year there. Pros: - Some apartments are really nice. The one I lived had no wall sharing on all 3 sides and was east facing. If there was 1 reason i loved living here, it was the amount of natural light you get ...in the apt. But I don't think this is applicable for many units. - Comparatively peaceful environment. Good residential areas to walk about. Cons: - Beware of the move out cost. They literally will steal from you when you move out. - Management staff attitude - I don't want to name people. But I had a real bad experience with a person in the office where she started shouting at me. She was rude from the beginning and started shouting towards the end. Overall the attitude was not welcoming or much friendly. - The quality of the maintenance is poor or sub par. They will try to fix things temporarily by putting tapes and stuff. The replacement of things are done only when you move out, which you have to pay for. Our kitchen faucet broke 3 times in span of 3 months, and every-time they will just screw it in. We had to live with that for the last 3 months knowing there is no benefit in asking to fix again. - Overall quality of the things are poor. The blinds will come off very easily and you have to pay for replacements. When there was a clog in the bath tub, they put some chemicals to clean it. That caused the coating to come off. They did a replacement for that, which was done very poorly, and that too came off within few weeks. (this time they asked me to pay for it) - Roaches - I have lived in many apartments and seen my fair share of roaches. I don't think the cockroach situation is too bad, but be aware that there are roaches. - Tiny gym - Literally has 3 equipments there. They told me they are working on expanding the gym to the laundry area, when I signed the lease. Never did anything towards that.
