Still charging per fee. The process was fine, however you are still charging me a “pet fee.” My dog died a year ago - I notified the front office and they informed me it had been removed. When the renewal info arrived, it still included the pet fee. I notified you via email that I no longer had a pet. However, under the new lease you continue to charge me that fee. Please correct your information.
