March 3, 2025We love everything about RinRose apartments. Our initial encounter was with Marjorie and Jasmine who were very energetic, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They both helped make our move flow smoothly, from the application process to the day we moved in. The lobby is very well laid out and beautifully designed. My husband and I feel very secure in this environment because it is set up so people cannot just walk in from the outside. We are Eaton Canyon evacuees so the RinRose is ...not home but it is definitely a close second. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartmentProperty Manager Responded

Exceeded my expectations
November 30, 2024I had driven by the building a few times and decided to check it out. The amenities are great and everything was nicer than I was expecting. I especially liked the outdoor lounge area with the water, which would be perfect for spending a day reading and relaxing outside. Not only was the building itself nice, but the staff was nice as well. David (who I think is a maintenance guy) was especially welcoming and he pointed out a few other highlights of the building. He seemed to be on top of any ...issues that may come up, which is reassuring, because many apartment complexes are slow to fix issues and are rude or inattentive. Getaway at Rinrose
November 29, 2024I recently moved in to Rinrose and the management team made our move in seamless and were so helpful. From scheduling our move in date, answering questions, and helping us reserve the elevator to move items up to our floor easily, they did it all. Jasmine was such a huge help and Eli would check in as we moved in. Since moving in, we've met David, the maintenance supervisor, and he has been quick in scheduling and repairing any minor work orders. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It's a vibe!
November 16, 2024RinRose is such a vibe! Beautiful Mountain View’s from your bedroom window, spacious apartments, and cozy amenities. There are 4 grocery stores within walking distance as well as several coffee shops and restaurants. My favorite part is the lobby, they have plants everywhere and a pool table!
