The worst place I've ever lived, If you get a place with a backyard, you will not sleep, or get any work done. The first day I moved in I saw roaches and it only got worse over time, again the manager did nothing. I think if he was replaced by someone who is actually willing to do something it might be a nice place to live.

These people take advantage of college kids. They didn't even clean the apartment before we moved in. Live and dead bugs everywhere. The kitchen appliances were scary to use. They're great if you want to escape the loud parties found at many other San Marcos apartment complexes, and are only a 10-minute bus ride (or drive) away from campus.
