September 4, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe worst place I've ever lived, If you get a place with a backyard, you will not sleep, or get any work done. The first day I moved in I saw roaches and it only got worse over time, again the manager did nothing. I think if he was replaced by someone who is actually willing to do something it might be a nice place to live.

The kitchen appliances were scary to use. The sink was clogged, the shower drain was clogged maintenance never came to fix it like they said they would. They're great if you want to escape the loud parties found at many other San Marcos apartment complexes, and are only a 10-minute bus ride (or drive) away from campus. Pros: lots of space, reasonable price, some buildings have huge backyards which are great for pets and get-togethers, recently remodeled with tile and laminate wood flooring. Cons: and old appliances, short-staffed as far as maintenance (though they do ...respond quickly to tickets), very small pool, and unreliable community clothes washers & dryers.
