Terrible management, overpriced
January 21, 2025Revolving door of managers with different rules and policies. Refusal to add grab bars in bath or convert showers. Add- on fees mid- lease. Corporate office promises to fix things but ignores calls and emailed complaints. Weeks of exterior security doors not locking. Months to fix a dryer. Very overpriced for no amenities. No pool, patio, grill, covered parking, or concierge. Corporate leadership always firing and hiring area, property managers so nobody knows what another manager has ...agreed to. 3 months without a property manager and office floaters who can’t even create a maintenance order.
