Great community,quiet residential areas /RV Lots available & close to shopping /close to all patks/river activities ,Goosepond Colony,Jackson County State Park,Lake Guntersville ,Tennessee River, etc.

We love living here. The location is so great and close to all of the best fishing spots. The other people living in the community are so nice and welcoming. The manager at the office makes everything so easy and she’s so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to call home.

I love my new home at Riverchase in Scottsboro! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location—it’s just minutes from the beautiful Tennessee River, perfect for anyone who enjoys fishing and the outdoors. Highly recommend Riverchase for anyone looking for a great place to live!”
