Quality apartment but not as big as advertised
February 3, 2018I lived in on of these '616 lofts' apartments. It had granite countertops and new appliances which was pretty nice. Most aspects of the building that contained my apartment was pretty high quality. They also have a facebook page to foster a community for everyone living in the building which is pretty nice. Unfortunately the apartment is not as large as advertised. The '540 sq ft' apartment I lived in was actually no larger than 450 sq ft (not sure if that is false advertising?). It was ...also common for the common areas to smell like wet dog. On top of that, when I moved into my apartment the key I was given did not work so I could not access the building. They also forgot to give me a key to the mailbox on the first floor. So, the physical quality of apartments are nice because they are new (albeit a little false advertising on their size). My experience moving in really wasn't that bad but the small things that happened when I moved in seemed quite unprofessional. They indicate a bit of lazy and unprofessional behavior on the management side of things.Property Manager Responded

Stunning place to call home
August 3, 2015I had a chance to walk through the 616 Lofts on Monroe during their pre-leasing event in July. These apartments are absolutely breath-taking. You're just a short walk from downtown, but you still have that quiet neighborhood feel with riverfront access and green space right outside your front door!
