The River House is by far one of the best apartments in Milwaukee and reasonably priced given all of the amenities (pool, gym, grills, community decks with fire tables, coffee machine, LUXER box, heated garage) and events that are hosted by the management company. Management and the staff are very professional and receptive to helping if any issues may arise, shout out to Matt, Joey, Lauren, Courtney, the maintenance crew!

River House is a great place to live in downtown Milwaukee on the river! I love the location because of its close proximity to great restaurants and nightlife as well as being within walking distance of the River Walk and hiking trails. The River House community has excellent amenities in both of its buildings which are readily available. The staff Is friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make the residents feel welcome and at home!

We recently moved to the River House Apartments from the North End. We are so happy with the Management and their quick response time. They are always so pleasant.
