This new building is a clean and sustainable property with cool designs and great amenities. Located near downtown and busy Wickenden st.its a convenient place to get around by foot or car. And it's dog friendly!

River House is excellent. The managers are friendly, thoughtful and constantly improving the building. They also have multiple events throughout the year to allow residents to meet each other. On site security is present at night and they walk the building multiple times.

Living at riverhouse

There have been no major complaints since I moved in early September. Any work order that was put in was quickly fixed and even one time when the grill on the outside did not light, it was quickly fixed. For the price you pay, the amenities and the quality of the staff are top notch.

I have been living here for three months now and enjoyed living here so far. The interior and exterior are always clean and decorated according to the seasons. The apartment is much quieter than other places I know of. There are interesting and high-quality activities organized for residents every month. (609!)
