I moved in to River Knolls Apartments in July 2018 and am glad I made this particular apartment community my residence. I appreciate how the managers Sherry and Debra cultivate a warm sense of community by organizing different potluck dinners. They are also very responsive to any requests or needs that arise. Hands down to the maintenance team as well. Any issue that has arisen whether it is urgent or non-urgent, they respond promptly within 24-48 hours to fix it. Thank you River Knolls staff for ...

What a fabulous home I have here. Been here for two years and plan on living here forever. New parking lots coming and the painting contractors have been painting the homes, the dog park is fabulous as always, on site staff live here for after hour if needed, laundry room is always clean, the residents are like family and oh the wildlife we have here that come up from the ravine and below which is owned by McConnell Foundation and Turtle Bay has the 99 year lease so they keep transits out, ...
security 24/7, very safe here and I tell all my friends, co workers, etc. Love Love Love the staff. Professional and well...what can we say.....best apartment home to live in! Love the dog park and picnic area too. Our dogs can run free here without a leash. Everything is so clean and updated. They even have a Pest control company that comes twice a month. Never had any problems here with bugs. I love the wildlife around here and they are harmless. I took 2 photos of coyotes this year which I sold to Nat Geo. Best place in Shasta County to rent. Highly recommend River Knolls.
