Staff are difficult to work with

I have only been here a week and every interaction with the staff has left me upset or confused. I get conflicting information for each person on staff regarding what paperwork I need to do and what I have to pay for. I was never told that my apartment was being held for me until 4 days before moving in. After which someone said that because of this we didn't have to pay the holding deposit and now after a week of living here a different staff member is making me pay the deposit. I was also miss ...

informed about the parking situation which led to my vehicle being towed. Not only did I have to pay 355$ to get my car back but the towing company was VERY sketchy and damaged my vehicle. Also right next to freeway very loud.

Half of the units are owned privately and half of the units are rented. Owners are allowed to rent their units at a lower price point. This allows unemployables and crackheads like my neighbor to move in. The problem gets worse when these neighbors insists on partying all night, everyday or get a barking dog. The property management is literally unable to do anything to these guys because they have no authority over the private units. The staff is nice and seem genuinely concerned but they are ...

ineffective. They are mainly there to sign new tenants. Security is nonexistent. The water is constantly shut off.

I’ve lived at this property going on 7 months now and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and super clean. The maintenance staff is super nice as well as all the office staff! Definitely recommend!

Apartments are managed very poorly. The waterfall water is greener than the grass. The waterfall water gets cleaned here and there. The grass gets cut here and there as well. The manager is so rude. There’s dog poop everywhere! The night security guard does a horrible job. Maybe the manager should add one more security guard. I have had multiple stuff stolen from my porch and car. There’s HOMELESS people that walk into the property and go threw the trash cans make a mess. The HOMELESS also steal ...

cans and any items on the porch. This property needs a lot of work! I don’t recommend moving in here.

Well...not the worst place I've lived, but for what you pay here...not worth it. Ants, cockroaches, TERRIBLE TASTING hard water, shower will burn you if someone flushes a toilet anywhere on the block. Still haven't had repairs fixed that were addressed on my move in day. Mailbox has been open twice when I've gone to check it, that's always fun! CONSTANT maintenance going on , been here less than a month, water has been shut off twice, and I've had to park my car on the street because of carport ...

maintenance as well. 3 weeks...and all that already... Not particularly excited for the next 11 months...

we moved here in California on 2006 and found this apartment and live here since 2007, this place is convenient where I work we have not encounter any issues peaceful and some areas are well maintained they have pool chairs and big umbrellas, this area is located close to shopping mall, stores and some past foods and restaurant
