Love my loft apartment!
February 5, 2020Moved into a 2 bedroom loft, and love it so far! These are very unique apartments unlike you find in some of the other luxury buildings I toured in the area. My apartment gets lots of light and has a nice deck. So far its been great and I haven't had any issues and management has been helpful with my requests. Wasted potential
November 30, 2018PROS - each unit has a unique layout. The "look" is gorgeous. Sunny units. Grounds are well kept. Easy access to highway, walking trails, and public transport (the bus and commuter rail are nearby). CONS - property management is unresponsive. Brand new building but units come with lots of issues. Closet doors warped, some cabinets weren't even installed correctly, among other things. Billed as a luxury complex but doesn't have any amenities. Lacks functional billing or tenant software. Pros & Cons
November 3, 2018PROS - Nicely designed units with more space than other competing buildings in the area. Modern, well kept grounds and common spaces. Responsive staff. CONS - Seems like bare minimum was made for certain things like security and quality of work. Brand new units have poorly installed kitchen with damaged cabinetry and insulation coming through between open spaces. Front door locks are the same lock you would have on a bathroom door causing residents to install their own bolted locks. No trash and ...recycling shoots. No pre-installed shades on balcony doors or higher windows in loft spaces.
