Good space but a lot of drama and things don't get fixed at times.

The apartments themselves are okay even though it would really be nice if they bothered to update some of the stuff in them. There is no air conditioning in the units and the electric is so old that if you plug an air conditioner in the regular unit plugs it trips the circuit breaker within only 5 minutes with minimal other load. Other than that the units themselves do have at times minor work that should've been done but never was because the building manager is only there a few times a week. ...
Also, there's a lot of drama that goes on with one of the residents yelling at everyone else over minor stuff. Unfortunately, the building manager hasn't done too much to try to stop the issues completely. Because the elevator is old and requires special parts to fix they still hadn't fixed it at least since I was there for about a month. Needs new washers and dryers especially since they charge money to use them. The other neighbors are very nice and helpful but ultimately it isn't worth it to rent from them. Would recommend considering elsewhere first.
