Great Housing, Not So Great Neighbors

I loved living in these apartments for the physical apartment itself. Jana is amazing, rent is fantastic for what you get, the units are very well taken care of, and some of the neighbors are very kind. Unfortunately, there are a few neighbors that absolutely did not respect the rest of the units. Revving cars all hours of the day, teenagers and young adults screaming and blaring music in their cars in the middle of the night, and an experience with a dog that seemed to be rather aggressive ...
towards other people and animals. Great apartments, just wish the neighbors were more conscious of the fact that there are other people around them.

This is a pretty good place for how cheap the rent runs. They actually do month to month, three, six, and twelve month leases. People here are friendly and Jana the landlord rocks.
