Home Sweet Home
October 3, 2023I have lived at River Run for 6 months now and it has been a positive experience since day one! I worked with Paige when I came to tour, and she made the whole process from visiting to signing my lease a breeze! There were a few issues with my unit when I first moved in, but the leasing staff was on top of it right away and they were able to work around my schedule to make sure someone was home before entering my unit since I have pets. Marco and his maintenance team are excellent and take care ...of work orders in a timely manner. They are extremely helpful when I have questions about my appliances and make sure everything is working properly before leaving a job. I was worried about potential noise levels, but there is minimal to no noise through the walls. Sure, if neighbors are moving large furniture or nailing things to the walls I can hear it, but this doesn’t happen often and has never been a major disturbance. My cat absolutely loves visiting the leasing office and the staff treat him like he’s part of the family. Jocelyn and Maura are always a delight and work hard to make residents feel welcomed and at home. Between the location, high-quality units, and 5-star staff, it’s no wonder my neighbors have lived here for 8 years and counting!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
March 2, 2023I lived here for a year, wish I could’ve stayed longer! I almost never heard my neighbors through my walls which was awesome. The BEST Place to Live
December 17, 2022We have been living here for a year and a half and absolutely love the community. The pool is a great place to socialize in the summer. During the winter we use the gym near daily. Relocation
March 28, 2022I was promoted 1/26/22 and on a flight to IL on 2/1/22. I was given 30 days to find a new place and get settled before starting my new assignment. Before I landed on River Run I visited 15 other locations both rent/own options but nothing felt right. After speaking with Jocelyn and doing the initial walk through I knew this was there I wanted to land. The area feels exclusive with just enough isolation from surrounding homes. The school district is one of the top in the state and the complex ...includes amenities I could not pass up. If I had one downside it’s that there were no 2B 2.5Bath available with an attached garage. I plan on moving to another townhome when one becomes available.Property Manager Responded

It is professionally managed, the office staff are courteous, maintenance requests are addressed very promptly, the community is quiet, and there is a lot of trees and nature in the community. Great Place!
June 20, 2021River Run Apt. is an awesome place to be. We recently down-sized and we’re looking for a townhome, but with the market the way it is right now, an apt. was our best option. The unit is like brand new, it spacious, and has views of trees and green common areas. The girls in the office are fantastic and the maintenance has been incredibly responsive. Since we’ve always lived in homes, we were nervous about sharing walls, but we haven’t heard anyone else at all. The people her are quiet, ...respectful, and friendly. Pleasantly Surprised
April 22, 2021After over 15 years in Naperville, we didn't know this place existed. Our house sold fast so we needed a place to live while our high schooler finished school. We were pressed to find a place in a tight market and the team was very helpful in the search process. We had not been in an apt. for over 30 years so was a bit stressful overall, but they made it easy. Kara, Hannah, others were awesome in the initial steps, and still go out of their way always for the residents, really taking pride in ...making it a good community to live in. The place was immaculate when we arrived and everything has worked well. With some minor items that came up, the maintenance team addressed all requests literally within hours, usually same day. Steve is amazing leading that team. The residents here are respectful, friendly, very pet friendly, and the place overall is pretty quiet. The trash/waste situation needs some work (I realize that is hard in a complex this large) and some landscape improvements seem necessary but this is a great place to live!
