Please don't move into these apartments. Save yourself the hassle. Yes it's easy to get in. Yes it's cheap and affordable. But.... Don't expect for anything to get fixed. I have a one year old and out ac went out on a Sunday. ( mind you we live in bullhead city AZ. It 110 over the weekend.) and they have an emergency maintenance number that I called and never got anyone to come over, never got a call back. Monday... Still never got a call. Tuesday I went in they said nothing about it. What the ...
point of having an emergency fix it number if you aren't going to answer it. Not to mention last summer I had my ac go out 5 times in two months. Then don't update anything. They just replace it with stuff from other units. Highly unprofessional the maitenence men live across from me and I see them walking out of their apartment in the morning with budlights in hand. But that's not all. The who row of units I'm on had a bad leak in the beginning of the year. Never got an explanation. I had water coming out of the walls in the bottom of my pantry. When they came in to look they looked under my kitchen sink and said there was no leak everything was fine. Well duh. The leak is coming from inside the walls. It stopped... One week later it happened again. I asked them to have someone inspect for mold. Like I said before I have a one year old. They wouldn't do it and said I had to do it myself. When my husband and I tried to go through the city to find the company or the owners who are in charge of this place they couldn't find anything or anyone in charge of it. This place is a slum lord. I highly advise EVERYONE to stay clear of these apartments. My lease it up on the first and I couldn't be more happy.

The New manager Veronica is very professional and knows what she doing. Both the Veronica and Melissa take care of our needs, as well as making the complex a better place to live. The maintenance team are excellent as well, as they are always pleasant and get the job done in a timely manner. I actually love living here, and do not plan on moving as long as the manager Veronica, Melissa and the maintenance staff remain here. I would like to thank them all, thank you River Springs staff.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOUR AND HALF YEARS AND HAVE ENJOYED THE PEACE AND QUITE LIVEING THAT IS AFFORDED HERE. THE MANAGEMENT HAVE BEEN VERY COOPERATIVE. THE TIMES THAT I HAVE NEEDED WORK TO BE DONE.WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE FAN IN THE HETING/AC UNIT WENT BAD , THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS TO INSPECT IT....THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT FROM A LOCAL SUPPLIER THIS WAS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE BACK AND INSTALLED IT....NO FUSS NO MUSS...VERY ...
PROFESSIONAL. AFTER 4 1/2 YEARS THERE ARE ALWAYS LITTLE THINGS TO GO WRONG AND EACH TIME I CALLED FOR THEIR HELP THEY WERE ALWAYS PROMPT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THEM....AND AFTER THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, THEY WOULD CALL TO CHECK IF I WAS SATISFIED........NOT MANY PLACES WILL DO THAT ANYMORE.. There's out in the open drug use and sales. They don't maintain the apartments properly. They don't care who parks where. They don't clean up or make tenants clean up after pets or keep surrounding areas clean.

Weeds everywhere. Fire hazard. Hot pool water. No apartment complex map. Broken sign. No playground for children. Rude manager who uses scare tactics to get her way. Rent is way too high for what you get.
