Bad renter experience

After the flood, I’ve had an alarm in an electrical room going off for 5 months in the room next to my apartment on the first floor. Management still hasn’t addressed the issue fully. Floods in the apartment happen often and I’ve confirmed with maintenance they have ongoing water heater leakage issues. I’ve had 2 different water events in my apartment in 6 months. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
