April 13, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe Riverwalk Apartment complex is landscaped beautifully, very clean, well maintained, the environment is quiet & safe. The units are old, but have been refurbished. Thanks to the Property Staff, needed repairs are done quickly & they are delightful. The pool & surrounding grounds are beautiful. The gym has quality & functional exercise equipment. I would like to thank Cheryl, the Manager for opening the pool & gym safely during Covid/Quarantine. We know it was an extra strain on her ...attention, but she made it work. The pool is heated & kept clean. I would also like to thank Cheryl for setting up numerous Food Truck events to help with everyone’s frustration during Covid and for thanking the residents for being patient during repairs. Cheryl is an amazing property manager who goes above and beyond to create a pleasant community atmosphere in the complex. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any needs and takes great care of the residents and property. There are constant improvements made in the community areas and amenities, and since I've lived here, the laundry rooms, community room, gym, and several apartments (including my own ...when I moved to a 1 bedroom from a studio) have been renovated. I've never had an issue with noise or unpleasant neighbors. The location is great, close to the Pruneyard, Downtown Campbell, and many major freeways which makes commuting easy. The location is wonderful -- right next to the LG Creek Trail and close to the Pruneyard, Valley Fair and Santana Row. The complex is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, although a slightly older property. Management is friendly, approachable and helpful. I highly recommend living here!

I have moved a lot these last few years and was hoping my next move was somewhere I could actually be comfortable and call home, and this is it! The process was very smooth from start to finish. I looked online at the photos but also wanted to see the place in person and did a tour. The photos online were just the same as in person. The same day I was able to start the application process online and within days the apartment I wanted was mine. Cheryl (the ...office manager) was very patient with me as I had many questions in the beginning prior to the move in. We have been here about 6 months and I couldn't be happier. Cheryl has exceeded my expectations when I need something or just chatting and being friendly. I would definitely recommend living here. My neighbors are friendly, it's pet friendly, the property is clean, if something needs to be repaired they are quick at getting you taken care of, and it's walking distance to many things.Read More

We are so thankfully Alexandrea is our manager, she is amazing and has made many improvements to the community. Since she has been here Work Orders get done so much faster and any issues with the Laundry Room have been fixed, she even lowered the prices to make it much more affordable and we no longer must go to the laundry mat!
