CMC rocks! Real resident review
May 4, 2024Recently moved here. Waited for the right opportunity and jumped. Best decision I could have made. The entire property was recently remodeled by another company, and CMC recently took over. They are doing an AMAZING job buttoning up the minor things that were missed by the previous company, and are doing a great job with getting the property ready for pool season! They show care for this property, and made my move here pretty seamless. Super friendly team with a positive attitude. Oh yeah there's ...a river view here by the way! This is a 55 year old property. I moved from a 6 year old property. I love the mid- mod vibes of the place and the fact that the established vibe of the neighborhood makes moving from downtown so much more calming. Peaceful Hidden Jem
March 23, 2024River West is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that offers amazing river views and easy access to downtown. The convenience of this location deserves 5 stars alone. Nashville west shopping mall is literally right down our peaceful little street. Our comfy apartment has been our home for the past 6 years. The new staff respects our privacy but is extremely responsive to any questions or maintenance issues. This property really deserved a fresh start and a management company that would act as ...stewards and I believe that Charlotte Management Company has done that and more. Honestly, Jay and the staff have been incredible and we are thrilled with CMC. Our clean and comfortable remodeled apartment includes huge master bedrooms (by apt standards) and ample second bedrooms. The living room areas are also rather large compared to other communities. The kitchens come with granite countertops (which I love) and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer hook-ups are included and we're thrilled to avoid the laundromat! I wake up to a Great Blue Heron flying across the river at least 3 times per week! Having the opportunity to watch nature from the porch with our dog in a major city has been the opportunity of a lifetime. Real retreat
October 28, 2020I have resided here for 7 years, and waited over a year for an apartment to be available - well worth the wait. Nestled on the Cumberland, with mature trees, neighbors who know each other, Cumberland Retreat is home to us all. Management is such a catch-all word and doesn't begin to convey the care, dedication and warmth of the people who oversee life here. (Our pool was closed for the season; I supported our property managers' handling of circumstances imposed by local mandate.) I personally ...love the character of the architectural design aesthetically. Yes, it could be interpreted at "dated", but this place breathes, has the patina of its years, is very well maintained, and for me is far more appealing than the soulless sterile boxes popping up everywhere.
