The only downside has been the fitness areas. There have been ongoing issues, and both saunas have been closed for over a year, with one closed for nearly two years. I haven’t had a peaceful night's sleep since moving in. The building is constructed poorly, and you can hear everything. I am counting down the days until my lease is done.
