December 28, 2020My experience here has been poor from the beginning. I had to chase the original employee to get a walkthrough and then a rental agreement. After move in, I discovered the apartment was never cleaned, had painters tape on the walls, and was missing a light covering. I immediately asked for a walkthrough form so I could list problems with the unit because there were many paint scratches, but I had to go through three separate employees over a three week period before I received one. Upon using the ...dishwasher the first time, water was pouring onto the floor because the water line was never opened on the garbage disposal. Months in, the staff erroneously put me on a different utility payment schedule such that I was being charged for utilities that were not in my lease or agreed to. That problem persisted for months with a final employee chasing me for $11.00 that I never agreed to pay. At one point, I changed my electronic payment to a direct bank draw to avoid the credit card payment fee. However, two months later, I was being charged a fee for that too. The apartment is also not worth the rent I am paying. Thankfully I currently pay the original lease rate and not the extortionate upped rates like my neighbors. I know I am not alone with this complaint because people are constantly moving out. The quality of the units does not justify this rate, and, if you are standing outside on a breezy day, it smells like sour milk and concrete. The only shining light here is the maintenance staff who are always nice to talk to and are efficient at their job.Property Manager Responded

Fine when things are not broken or when fire alarm does not go off
November 22, 2020I lived here for 9 months. This property is fine if there are 0 issues with your unit. I moved into to this unit when it was brand new. Two appliances were broken in the span of 9 months. One took 4 months to fix (dryer issue) and one took 2-3 weeks (air conditioner). Community spaces are fine. At least one elevator frequently not in service (due to people reserving it for moving in and out, which happens almost daily), sometimes elevators are broken all together, and sometimes elevators smell ...like wet dog. Random fire alarm went off 2 times during stay. When this happens you're stuck outside for an hour or so until the fire department comes and gives all clear. Fine when it's not cold and rainy out and when it's not in the middle of the night. You can hear people living above you. Building is not high quality construction so there is not insulation for noise between floors. When asked about this, management gently ignores the inquiry. YMMV depending on which unit you end up in. Management staff comes and goes. They're nice, but often times don't have answers to questions, probably because they're always in training mode.Property Manager Responded
