A Really Great Place To Live
May 21, 2025I have been here 11 years and I will say it's an exceptional place to live. Management and maintenance are very knowledgeable, courteous and take care of issues right away. Mediocre at best
March 26, 2024The apartments are well-kept, the neighbors are decent, and quite often keep to themselves. I appreciate the 24-hour security, the maintenance team usually stays on top of things. However, there is one problem, and that is the apartment staff, they are rude to the tenants and don't appear to know what they are doing, they appear to be a little bit incompetent. Maybe one or two of them seem to know what they are doing, but as a whole, I would rate them to be mediocre. I moved out as soon as my ...lease was up and moved to a wonderful apartment complex, the rent is a little higher but my experience with this particular apartment makes me feel the higher rent is worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 2, 2018Great community. Friendly staff. If you have rodent problems, forget about about it. They will literally charge you for pest control and will not do a thing about it. They will charge you a fee for pest control and have cockroaches everywhere. Maintenance? October 1, 2015This apartment complex is a huge community. The up keep of the apartment is better than all the apartments in the area. I love this community because it is very ethnically diverse. September 14, 2015I rate this apartment three to four stars. I love how well kept the landscaping in this complex. Its also very quite and relaxing apartment community. Affordable rent prices and nice leasing staff. Only reason why I gave it four stars is i wish some of the floor plans would come with washer/dryer connections in unit. That would be so convenient.
