Nice building and ideal location

Beautiful Building, Great Location, but Terrible Management
December 10, 2023Management here is awful and negligent. They do not care at all for tenant satisfaction and communication is pretty bad. There have been issues with the building since day 1. Construction was said to be completed by September but several areas of the building are still not ready for use. The builds are sloppy and several details of the units were completely overlooked before releasing to tenants. Elevator breaks constantly. We have gotten stuck in it. It's a shame because the building is ...beautiful and location is convenient but it's completely overpriced because of the terrible management.
