They worked with us
July 19, 2025My husband and I signed a 6 month lease. We’re a military family and it not far from base. It’s a perfect place for 1 to 2 people. Parking is not ideal. Would not recommend leaving your car on the street is you leave for holiday. But over all it was not a bad place to live for short period of time. They are constantly working to make thing better as it is a brand new build with very unique qualities. Tyler always try’s to help in any way possible. Please remember he does not work for vessel he is ...only the manager.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 7, 2025My unit flooded three times in four months. The very first flood occurred on move in day. The unit was soaked, and it took them three days to dry it out. Trying to get them to provide temporary accommodation for me and my parents was like pulling teeth. They blamed the plumbing. That became a theme. The second flood happened when the upstairs washer seal failed causing a ceiling panel to come crashing down onto my washer and triggering the breakers. The ceiling was sagging with multiple dangling ...panels. Again, they refused accountability, blaming the upstairs tenant for “user error", when it wasn't. And then it happened a third time, due to the same issue, because they never actually fixed it — just blamed a tenant. The app they promise for controlling climate, lights, and sound rarely worked. I never had control over the climate system — no remote, no manual override — had to call the property manager and hope they picked up. The lights flicker constantly, the sound system hasn’t worked since the floods. The washer-dryer combo shakes the entire apartment during spin cycles. Kitchen items fall off shelves, wall hooks detach, and even their own storage spaces in spa suite are unusable because things just rattle out. Hooks won’t stay up; towels have nowhere to go. The “walls” are just thin panels. You hear everything. I walk on tiptoe to avoid disturbing the person below. No sound insulation, no smell insulation — you’ll smell every meal your neighbors cook and every puff of weed someone smokes inside or out. The materials feel cheap — panels flex, doors don’t align, and nothing feels stable. The shower has no lock, spills over to the “spa suite,”. Garage? A leak stained my car. Management marked the issue as “resolved” without actually doing anything. The leak contained fire retardant — which means not only is my car potentially damaged, but the garage may no longer be fire-safe. Rust is spreading everywhere. Elevators broke down repeatedly in the winter. Front doors are perpetually broken and left open currently, making package theft a real risk. Management? They are more interested in assigning blame than fixing problems. I had to point out the root cause of the second flood myself — otherwise they wouldn't have known. They tried to lie to me about responsibilities just to make me stay or having to compensate me. Communication is abysmal. It took over a month for them to clarify my lease responsibilities, and only after I pestered them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Vessel
June 5, 2025The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently moved into this apartment, and I regret it every day. The building itself looks nice from the outside, but that's where the positives end. First off, water leaks from the shower doors every time I use it, and it’s never been fixed despite numerous complaints. The AC wall unit doesn’t work at all. The "smart" app they offer for controlling the temperature and lighting requests barely works – it's always glitching and only about 20% ...of the time does it actually do what it’s supposed to. The walls are ridiculously thin. I can hear every single conversation my neighbors have, and sometimes it feels like they’re in the room with me. Not to mention, there's constant noise from the train that shakes the whole building. It’s like living through a mini earthquake every time a train goes by. Also, you'll hear music until 2 to 3 am from the club next door. On top of all that, the parking garage has oily substance leaking all over vehicles and I’ve had to move my car to avoid potential damage to the paint. The garage itself is a disaster, with trash littered everywhere that’s been sitting around for weeks. Another major downside is the parking situation. There's not enough parking spaces for all the tenants, so I often have to park on the street. To make things worse, the neighbors are always smoking, and the smoke and smell constantly invades other units. Honestly, this place is a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 19, 2025The property is ok, you pay for what you get. It is in a nice location close to good food places and a decently active waterfront. There is a train next to the complex so of course you're going to hear it. The problems with the complex is the tiered prices for apartments to live it. People living on higher floors will get charged more than people living on lower floors, regardless of availability when entering the lease. Speaking of the lease, the property managers will refer to the lease to ...deflect any complaints in regards to your stay at the vessel. Tyler is more open minded I will say, so any comments or concerns I'd recommend speaking to him. Next if you're looking to move in here, get used to parking on the street and far from the location. There are only 24 spots available for 30 residents. Plus there are tenants who park on the street instead of their spot anyways due to the convivence of it. And as an additional heads up since the property managers will not tell you, but the towing companies will. If you provide your lease and 30$ to the parking garage complex across the street from the ferry you can get a sticker to put on your car that's good for a year. What that sticker does is let to cops call you to give you 30 minutes to come move your vehicle before it gets towed. 30 bucks for a year is cheaper than 200$ in one go in a random day of the year. They also have no intention of getting more spots, if asked they'll just gesture to the street as if saying "the world is your oyster." Since they host events with poor advertisement of no-parking notice. Also, the elevator does break down during the cold months so keep that in mind. As well as the app is buggy with major inconsistencies on it working. Such as AC not responding to it ever, and the lights having to be clicked 3-4 times before it will register to turn off. I also hope this review stays so since the others that were here before are gone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
