Beautiful and Quiet
August 22, 2023I've lived here now 19 yrs met people from all different back rounds.There are 6 staff 180+ units they do the best they can with the amount they have.No one perfect this I've learned living here so long.As long as you try to be patient they'll work with you.We have beautiful mountain views all year round surrounded by agriculture.Up the road McCrays farm.Nice school population 16000+ people.Very friendly town people and neighborhood big y pretty nice staff too.Its also nice place to ride a bike ...go for a walk.And if you love seafood brunelles marina has a great restaurant.Though the pool may not be available I have faith heather our wonderful manager is working on that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Price and Nice Property
August 2, 2021I’ve lived here for about a year now and happy to renew my lease. Here’s an honest review: Pros: - My unit was newly renovated - Intercom is very convenient - lots of parking - Outdoor property is well maintained - Neighborhood feels safe - Quiet community - pool, basketball court, tennis court, clubhouse - Close to mini golf, farm, little petting zoo, Ice cream -good sized unit - plenty of storage - maintenance does a really good job, have always responded/completed my request the same ...day - always easy to get a hold of leasing office - snow removal in the winter is very efficient Cons: - some people are really dirty (leave trash outside for Maitenance to pick up and leave cigarettes and trash in the elevators) - hallways always smell like cigarettes and urine - laundry rooms need an upgrade (machines are super small and dryer makes your clothes smell even with 5+ dryer sheets!) - appliances are cheap - walls are very thin, you can hear everythingRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
