Fantastic Area

I've been here for two years now, and I still love it. The apartments are quiet, but still so close to downtown Durango. Being able to walk to three different grocery stores and a bunch of amazing restaurants and bars is like a dream. The Animals River trail is also right outside buildings, which makes biking and walking convenient. This place also has the best landlord I've ever had. Helpful, kind, and always looking out for the tenants. Only complaint I have is there is no air conditioning, ...
and summers keep getting hotter.
