go above 90 anyway. Here's the conversation: Manager - "Well, Oregon is really moist. There are mold problems everywhere in Oregon. That's just how it is." My husband - "I grew up in Oregon. We've never had moisture problems like this in my life." Manager - "Well, this part of Gresham particularly is just very moist. It's the area." Me - "I grew up just on the other side of 12-mile corner and I've never had moisture problems like this." Manager - "Oh. Well, we have a dehumidifier that you can use." Eventually we moved up a floor. Our moisture got better, but we still have 75% or more humidity in our apartment everyday and all the mold issues that go with that. Alright, issue #2 - Too dang many rules! Every time I want to put something on my balcony, I get told to take it down! I hung two yellow fabric panels, tied with a bright orange ribbon last summer to decorate. Had to take them down. Chained my bike to the balcony railing. Had to bring it to a friend's house for storage. Hung twinkle lights for summer nights on the patio. Nope. You can't have those either. It's worse than the rules in my college dorm room. Between the mold and the obnoxiousness of constantly finding out new rules, it's just not worth it.
