Ok but not good
July 8, 2025I have been living here for over a year now and I'd say the place is ok but not good. It is priced on the lower end so to a certain extent you get what you pay for, but the services provided by management are far below even that expectation. The laundromat at the apartment building has 0 functioning machines for over a month now. Management is quick to deflect that the laundromat is contracted out to another provider, but has proven they are completely unable to make that provider do their job as ...they've been aware of all machines being broken for a month and nothings been done. The HVAC technicians come quick when service is requested but are quick to dismiss the units as working fine when it is not. Had I not had the ability to diagnose my system issues by myself then explain these issues to them with photo evidence, they would have not gotten fixed. However, they are quick to send someone out and fix issues IF the diagnosis is obvious or spelled out by you. I also had the dishwasher break but they were quick to replace it. The apartments are large and in solid shape and priced competitively so I'll give them a pass on some of that, but driving to the nearest laundromat (10-15 mins away) when your promised one on site is very annoying. Bugs/pests are not a big issue, my place always has a few gnats and flies that get in which is annoying but easily controlled by bug traps, and with the region that seems like the norm across all places. Outdoor spaces, such as the hallways and stairs leading to apartments are almost always deteriorated and covered in moss/dead bugs. That doesn't really matter since its just a small staircase or anywhere you'd stand for more than 3 seconds anyways but its not a plus. Overall, if you're willing to make those concessions for the lower price point living here isn't a bad option as the apartments themselves are solid its just any service from management isn't great. Me personally knowing what I know now and having many friends in neighboring apartments knowing how they are and what my friends pay, if I could do it all again I would not choose to live here. But I would also say to an extent what you get for what you pay isn't a bad deal at all and my experience here has been annoying but not bad.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Everything You'd Like About Apartment Living
March 6, 2025The grounds are very well maintained .. devoid of unsightly trash and debris...The entire staff is very cordial and maintenance request are addressed promptly...Overall, it's a pleasant and quiet place to call home with a nice diverse mixture of tenants/neighbors .. Quickly Becoming The Slums Apt
May 17, 2017Used to live there but moved out because I couldn't find anyplace to park after work. Overcrowded parking(mostly visitors) never addressed, loud parking lot music, nasty neighbors, laundry room and swimming pool used by the entire city. Buildings are dirty, grounds poorly kept, etc. If you simply need a roof over the head and can't afford anywhere else, it'll do. No Internet as stated above and its not smoke free. While pets are allowed, some residents actually have pets.Review from Apartments.com
