March 15, 2021Started out great 5 years ago but the complex has an issue with drug use now. If you value your peace of mind and don't want to be gagging on the smell of pot at all hours of the day and night don't move here.Review from Apartments.com

April 5, 2018I would give 0 stars, yes ZERO Management is a joke! Acts all nice and so friendly and understanding when you view the apartment but after be lucky to have any calls or emails returns. Another thing I was being harassed by another resident and was not giving a call back or anything when trying to cal management. Maintenance is a joke as well, I stopped calling to have something fixed because it was never done right, pipes are always clogged and backed up, many potholes when coming into the ...complex also so watch out. Rent goes up every year of $35, when I was doing my final walk thru, they wanted to charge a cleaning fee of $150 because of a little burnt mark in the oven, they want everything SPOTLESS, you can't hang anything up and have to have white or tan curtains that's it! You're responsible for having carpet professionally cleaned at move out date. They have many dumb rules.. this list goes on but this should be enough for you not to go with this complex nor any Cole group property!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
