    Raúl was the guy who assisted me. Honestly, the Riverhouse building maintenance team is very skilled and very helpful. He arrived immediately and fixed everything super quickly. I have absolutely no complaints. I only have wonderful things to say about the entire maintenance team and the Riverhouse team in general :)

    I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and I must say that when I have placed a maintenance order, it gets taken care of faster than fast . Always clean and careful during their work visit and know exactly what they are doing . Great maintenance team.

    I was able to call, tour an apartment and get all my information in regards to moving in within 24 hours. I was extremely impressed by the attentiveness of the team and the cleanliness of the property. The Assistant Manager was absolutely amazing and she did a great job with outlining the apartment requirements as well and giving me a great tour. Really excited for this to possibly be my new home!

  • Wonderful property!

    We scheduled a tour 24 hours in advance and it went so smoothly. Eric, one of the Leading Consultants, gave us the tour and he did an amazing job answering our questions and making sure our needs were highlighted. He explained all of the floor plans and move-in costs in great detail. Roommate and I are looking forward to calling this our home!
