Lynchburg's best kept secret!
October 23, 2019I rented my apartment sight unseen to attend Liberty University School of Law. To my surprise this apartment was everything that I hoped it would be when I got here. Charming, quiet, red brick built in 1939. This building has history. I absolutely love the views out of every window. My neighbors are super friendly. The place is built like a bomb shelter, so my neighbors could have a small party and I would never know it. The back grass area is great during the warm months to sit out on a blanket. ...I hang a hammock out there and lounge all afternoon when it's warm. And, the neighborhood? That's the best part. This is, hands down, the best neighborhood in Lynchburg. Old mansions and adorable neighborhoods to go walking or running in every direction. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance and it is a very safe neighborhood at all hours of day or night. The rent is incredible and the staff who run the building are amazing. If something goes wrong, they will have someone on it the very next day. My apartment is very spacious, with a front door as well as a back stairwell door that I can leave open day, night, rain or shine. There is also an option to either use the on sight laundry or rent a portable washer dryer that is nice and both options are very inexpensive. Parking is never a problem.
