  • Could be worse, I guess.

    Parking is awful. Guests get the same parking privileges as people who pay to park here, so there’s odds of actually getting to park near my door on any given evening is very low. My kids and I often have to walk pretty far, and when we have things to carry it’s worse. I had to buy a wagon just for shopping trips because I never know if I’ll get a reasonable spot. The bugs are terrible. I often have centipedes and spiders. Generally once a day or so I’ll have to deal with something crawling ...
    around. The buildings smells bad and the carpet in my apartment is impossible to deodorize. There are birds living in my A/C unit so I’m usually afraid to turn it on in the warmer months. Kids like to run across the parking lot so you have to be very careful driving. On the plus side, rent is lower than most places. The staff in the office are friendly and quick to respond to things. It’s nice having two pools when they are open. Overall, it’s been an okay place to live as a single mom, but I am very much looking forward to finding something nicer when my lease is up.

  • Perfect Madison Experience

    The location of this apartments is what initially sold me. Tenney park right around the corner, perfect for families and pets, walking, gorgeous runs, ice skating in the winter. Bus stop near by, the chocolate shoppe also right there, and biking distance from the capital. I would stay here forever but life is taking me else-where.     Management and Maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and prompt. Rent is reasonable, they make renewing a lease super convenient/easy and location-wise, you're close by so many great places. With the exception of a few broken water mains (which have since been fixed), have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend living here.

    Rivers Edge has such a phenomenal staff! I always feel listened to and respected - no matter what. Maintenance is always so quick and our problems get resolved almost instantly. We are never waiting around wondering when maintenance will fix something- it always gets done in a timely manner. Glen especially, has always gone above and beyond and met all expectations. He has done such a wonderful job any time we needed assistance!

    Perfectly located next to Tenney Park, Rivers Edge is in my opinion, the best value for the quality provided, in Madison. Clean and well kept. Pools, a gym, affordable underground parking are such great assets! The management staff is friendly and professional as well.
