Look elsewhere
November 29, 2017They won't tell you about the ameneties payment which will be separate from want you'll be paying in rent so add an additional 100 a month. In addition, no parking if you get home passed 5pm or plan to go out after that time. Maintenance isn't trustworthy and staff in general has poor customer service. Wave goodbye to your deposit, you won't be seeing that again even if you take care of your apartment and keep it clean.Property Manager Responded

With regard to parking, we have courtesy patrol assisting 7 days a week where unauthorized vehicles are tagged with warnings of tow, then towed. Parking is limited but we do work to express importance of unauthorized vehicles. Look somewhere else
June 9, 2016We've been staying here for almost a year and have not had a very pleasant experience. To start things the parking situation is horrible, if you have 2 cars and are not home before 8 p.m. you are out of luck. The management team told us before signing our lease that they were in the process of issuing passes which didn't happen until 10 months later. But the passes mean nothing because they are not willing to enforce them. Next the security is almost completely absent there are onsite no more ...than 30 minutes a night and that's just to kick everyone out of the pool and lock the weight room. If you call because you have a complaint or want to report the people that rummage through the garbage everyday then you will have to wait 2 hours for them to show up. Because of the lack of security cars are often broken into and people dumpster dive often (they are literally regulars). Next to that there is some lovely heavy metal band that loves to "practice" every weekend or every other day during the summer. To top it all off we've been paying on time with no complaints and they decide it's a good idea to increase our lease by almost $300. Terrible place wouldn't recommend to anyone.
