If you're military then you are prone to orders so breaking your lease with this complex isn't a good idea. I got orders about 60 days out and I left at the beginning of the month but had to pay rent for that whole month even though my orders said I would report to my new location on the 20th so no pro-rate for ...
me b/c I couldn't get a forwarding address for the vacant notice the 30 days before.
More than 3 weeks since I vacated and no update on if I even get some of my security deposit back b/c they have yet to do an additional inspection after move out.
Pest Control comes monthly but you still have to monitor spider webs by the majority of your entrances and windows.
Traffic - It's manageable but .... definitely avoid commuting from 7:30-8:15 am and 3:15-4:30 since the school next door brings that traffic in with some of the crazy drivers.
