  • Very noisy

    The apartments themselves are nice, the staff here is friendly and helpful. That being said, it is very noisy here all the time. The "amenities" are a joke. If the amenities were better, I could justify the price. If I was able to fall asleep at night naturally and not get woken up in the morning, I might stay. This place is overpriced and not worth it in the long run.

    I lived at Riverside 9 for just over a year and we enjoyed living there very much. You can't beat the proximity to shopping and restaurants and the property itself was beautiful and quiet. We had very few concerns or complaints while living there. There are some gnats and spider webs on the buildings, but this is to be expected when living so close to nature and a river. I have lived at other apartment complexes near bodies of water and it seems to be a common issue. The rents are a bit on the ...
    high end and we did receive a moderate increase to our rent after our lease expired, but after renting with other companies in Wenatchee, the premium was worth. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, the staff always followed up within a day. We have rented from other companies in town where a maintenance person wouldn't be in touch with you for weeks. Overall, it was a great place to live with friendly neighbors and staff. It was apparent that the staff took a sincere interest in their residents and did their best to provide great customer service. There was a great sense of community and we got to know a lot of the other people who lived there and there were also parties every couple months at the property's Clubhouse with free food and prizes. I have and will continue to recommend Riverside 9 to friends and coworkers.

    It is nice and new, but the staff is not very helpful. Also, the pricing changes on a daily basis so be prepared to consistently have your rent increase at the end of your lease. The other problem is the staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Emails are not returned at all. I was wanting to upgrade my studio to a two bedroom. I was not able to get a return phone call or email for several days. It has been two weeks now and still no return email or phone call. Lastly, the fan ...
    motor in my freezer is going bad and making a terribly loud and annoying sound, which has been going on for 2 weeks now. Maintenance said they would have to locate a new part. It has been 3 weeks now with no resolution or communication. For the highest rent prices in Wenatchee, I just expected a little bit better treatment. I would not recommend this place at this point in time.

    This is a brand new apartment complex in beautiful Wenatchee, WA - The Apple Capital of the World. This complex is situated on the Confluence Trail, which is a 10 mile trail loop around the Columbia River. The Construction, color schemes, size, layout, skylights, parking, common areas, fitness center and Staff are of all excellent quality. I feel safe and secure in my apartment home and would recommend this place to anyone. The rent for my unit is $1024/month - very affordable.
