Moved in a few months ago and honestly the place is decent. Nothing fancy but it's comfortable and quiet. The pools are nice when it gets hot, and maintenance has been quick the couple times I called. For the price in Tampa I can't really complain.

We moved in a few months ago and everything’s been tranquilo. The apartment is comfortable, the neighbors are friendly, and the pools are a nice bonus on hot days. It’s close to everything but still feels calm. Good spot for the price.

I've been at Riverside Palms for about a year now and honestly the rent is pretty fair for Tampa. The community is tucked away enough that it stays quiet, which I really appreciate after a long day. You're still close to everything though, so it's the best of both worlds.

After my third attempt to apply for an apartment, I’ve decided to move on and look elsewhere. Three separate times I went to the front office during posted business hours, and each time the office was closed. Every visit required me to use my lunch break, so this ended up being a significant waste of my time.

Just renewed for another year and honestly the basketball court was a big factor in staying. It's well maintained, lights stay on til decent hours, and there's almost always a pickup game going which has been great for meeting neighbors. The rest of the property is solid too, maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff actually knows your name after a while.
