I would never recommend this place to anyone
June 21, 2024Before even getting into my unit, the property manager told me I had the unit and could move in at the end of the month. However, a week later she told me that she gave it to someone else. Then a few weeks later called me hoping she could get me to rent the same unit because the other person backed out. I needed something asap so I took it. It wasn’t until the winter that I really started to see issues with the place. The windows leaked uncontrollably to the point of where I couldn’t put plastic ...on the windows. This condensation build up caused black mold to grow constantly around my windows which had to be cleaned weekly. The maintenance and property manager basically told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. So I ran my fans and dehumidifier to try to minimize it, but nothing helped. Months later, I realized the moisture started to grow black mold all over my couch. Still property manager couldn’t do anything to compensate me or move me to a new unit. Property manager would regularly ignore my calls and text messages even with simple questions. My hot water heater went out one weekend, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer a simple text or phone call, but the maintenance man showed up randomly at 8 at night intoxicated. In the middle of the winter my ceiling in my walk in closet fell in because of a water leak, and it took them over a month to fix it.
