When I moved in the apartment was a mess and I was unable to move in for a few days. I am still finding things wrong and getting more annoyed with it all. I was lied to by the former office staff about things such as being able to leave valet trash can outside, a ceiling fan, not having key fobs when they did and i had to wait almost two months for it, along with a lot of other things. The only good thing is the incredible maintenance staff and how nice they are to my dogs. I hope the next staff ...

is better and they are more people friendly.

Noisy neighbors since I’ve moved in. Nothing positive to say besides I have a roof over my head…… I’m ready to move. They bill you for trash monthly but every other week your trash doesn’t get picked up.

Never applied my discount for place of employment never gave me 200 off for year renewal. Try keeping your word. Try keeping the pool and gates fixed. Increased my rent 3x in 5 years. I stay for sentimental reasons but those are weakening with each new disappointment. Try keeping this set of staff. Been through more staff than I have ever seen. Used to post glowing reviews now I say nothing. Nor do I recommend you to my cohorts at the hospitals. My rent is too high and your services are ...
