December 11, 2025Never applied my discount for place of employment never gave me 200 off for year renewal. Try keeping your word. Try keeping the pool and gates fixed. Increased my rent 3x in 5 years. I stay for sentimental reasons but those are weakening with each new disappointment. Try keeping this set of staff. Been through more staff than I have ever seen. Used to post glowing reviews now I say nothing. Nor do I recommend you to my cohorts at the hospitals. My rent is too high and your services are ...spotty. September 10, 2025If you want $400 taken out of your security deposit after leaving the apartment in better condition than you received it, then live here... My ac was broken when I first moved in. I complained about multiple times they *fixed it" a week or two later after each request. It would only go as low as 75-77 during the summer and then they told me it was just the way the commercial ac worked and told me to close my shades. Made no sense. Finally after 1 year it broke completely for 3 weeks and realized ...they were gaslighting me back then... and they prorated my rent $200 even tho I slept on my couch for 3 weeks because the entire apartment was hot and the only spot for the portable window ac unit was the living room. When I first moved in there was a delay even though it was scheduled... The person before me moved out just 2 days before I moved in and the carpet wasn't exchanged or professionally cleaned ( I was charged for carpet fees deducted from my security deposit), sloppy rushed paint job, filthy sticky kitchen, dirty bathroom, dirty fridge. Entire apartment had to be cleaned by me on the day of move in. The pool is broken year round and (don't believe the pictures it is the smallest pool you've seen) , I've never been able to swim in it and I lived there for 2 years. Dog waste everywhere because of wonderful residents and no clean up. Staff never picks up your calls, responds to emails or follows up on anything. The gym was 24/7 then they cut it to office hours which means anyone with a simple 9-5 job could never use it and wasn't open on weekends! I requested a professional carpet clean as I never got one they beat around the bush till I forgot about it. They did not offer me a walk through when I moved out because they were too busy, and then my security deposit had 400$ taken out which has never happened to me before even living in New York where things are sketchy. I literally vaccumed and wiped every surface down meticulously with my girlfriend when I moved out. Car got broken into probably by people that live there and there was no resolution when I asked for security tapes and follow through. The security gates are broken year round so pretend they aren't even there. 1/5 stars.Property Manager Responded
