August 20, 2025The apartment is good, but it's just that if we have a problem and we call maintenance, they always come late since I asked for the toilet to be changed until today. No one came, it's not really safe.Property Manager Responded

February 28, 2025Overall it’s been great! I do wish I was able to get more quicker responses regarding work orders. I put in a request to have my bathroom sink stopper replaced over a month ago and haven’t heard anything back.Property Manager Responded

From the moment we moved in, we were welcomed into a warm and friendly community where the staff truly go above and beyond to make tenants feel at home. The office team is incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything, making sure every resident feels valued. The maintenance and support staff are equally amazing—quick, efficient, and always on top of any utility issues. They ...handle everything with professionalism and care, which makes living here stress-free. One of the best surprises? Their homemade honey! My son absolutely loves it—he’s practically addicted to it! It’s those little touches that make Riverstone stand out from other places. February 4, 2025Entire property has a roach problem and there are rats at the dumpster enclosures every night that look like they might be climbing into the dumpsters through holes at the bottom of the dumpsters.
